  • Can you use my ballons/ backdrop stand?

    In order to give the best quality of work, I prefer to provide all materials. There are exceptions for things such as custom signs/banners, custom backdrops. However, certain products like balloons should be the best quality.

  • Is there a squeeze in fee?

    If you event is less than 2 weeks' notice there will be a $50 squeeze in fee. Due to the fact that most materials are ordered online (shipping cost) it is much easier to order in advance to make sure we have everything ready for your event!

  • How does clean up work?

    If you rented any items, I will return after the event to take everything down. You are free to enjoy your event and leave the clean-up to us! clean up is usually the same day but can be done the following day if applicable.

  • Is there a deposit?

    Yes. there is a 25% non refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • How far do you travel?

    We are based in South Jersey but are willing to cater to surrounding areas within an hour and a half distance.
